Chinese Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
A small piece of hot pot base
1 bok choy
1 serving of noodles
A few pieces of stewed beef

Prepare your ingredients and wash the bok choy. The first step is to boil the noodles. I’m using semi-dried noodles, so cook them for a while and then remove. You can then proceed to blanch the vegetables in the same water. I won’t include photos for this part.

Place a small piece of spicy beef tallow hot pot base into a non-stick pan. Melt it over low heat until fragrant. If the mixture seems a bit dry, you can add a splash of water.

Once the hot pot base has completely melted, add boiling water, followed by the stewed beef and the solidified beef broth. Bring to a boil and season with salt.

Finally, pour the soup and beef into a bowl, and you’re done. It’s super simple, and tastes great too!
