Pan-fried pork belly

Ingredients:
1 lb pork belly
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp barbecue seasoning
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cooking wine

Slice the pork belly into thin slices

One spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce

A spoonful of cooking wine

A spoonful of white sesame seeds

A spoonful of barbecue seasoning

A spoonful of starch

Marinate for 20 minutes

Pan-fry

Golden brown and crispy on both sides
