New Recipe for Garlic Fish Slices

Ingredients:
One box of fresh, boneless fish fillets
1-2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Add small red chilies (chopped) to taste
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
A small bunch of chopped green onions

“Marinate the fish slices with salt, pepper, half an egg white, and starch for 10 minutes, mixing well by hand.”

“Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add green onions, ginger, and cooking wine. Then, add the marinated fish slices, cook for 2 minutes, remove, and set aside.”

“Heat oil in a clean wok. Stir-fry a generous amount of minced garlic and fresh bird’s eye chilies until aromatic. Add a splash of light soy sauce and oyster sauce to season.”

“Add the fish slices and stir-fry quickly for a few times.”

“Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.”
