2 sausages
2 eggs
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
a pinch of chili powder
a pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 scallion

Ingredients

Mix 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp chili powder, a pinch of sugar, and 1 tbsp cornstarch in a bowl. Pour in ½ bowl of water and whisk until fully combined.

Scramble the eggs until they are firm.

Add the sausage and stir-fry until well combined.

Pour in the prepared sauce.


Stir-fry until well combined, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately!
