Ingredients:
Beef
Rice noodles
Chives
Mung bean sprouts
Peanut oil
Soy sauce
Chicken bouillon
Ginger strips
How to make Beef Rice Noodle Soup:
Prep:
Cut the Chinese chives into sections and wash the bean sprouts. Slice the beef thinly and marinate with shredded ginger, soy sauce, and peanut oil for 10 minutes.
Cook:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the marinated beef and cook until it changes color and is fully done. Then, toss in the chives and bean sprouts. Season the broth with soy sauce and chicken essence.
Serve:
Blanch the rice noodles in hot water and place them in a bowl. Pour the beef soup over everything, and you’re done!
