Garlic Black Pepper Beef Cubes

How to make garlic and black pepper beef cubes

  1. Cut the beef tenderloin into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Pour oil into the pot, add the garlic cloves, and fry until golden brown, then remove. Then add the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry until both sides are slightly browned, then remove.

3. Put a piece of butter into the pot and melt it. Add the garlic cloves and beef cubes, and stir-fry. Then add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and some black pepper, stir-fry for a moment, and it’s ready to serve!

300g beef tenderloin
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
garlic cloves
salt
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 block butter
cooking oil (as needed)
black pepper (as needed)
