How to make cilantro beef

- Cut the beef into strips or shreds.
- In a bowl, combine it with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, crushed black pepper, cumin powder, Sichuan pepper powder, and starch. Mix well.
- Add a little oil, stir to coat, and let it marinate for a while.

Slice ginger into thin strips, and chop chili peppers and garlic.

Chop cilantro
Heat oil in a wok. For extra fragrance, fry some Sichuan peppercorns in the oil and then discard them. Sizzle the ginger shreds, chilies, and garlic until aromatic. Add cumin now if desired. Slide in the beef and stir-fry rapidly over high heat until it changes color. Splash in some cooking wine to enhance the flavor.

Once all the beef has changed color, add cilantro and chicken bouillon, then quickly stir-fry for a few seconds. Serve immediately.
