- Ingredients:
- 300g lamb
- Cooking wine (as needed)
- Five-spice powder (as needed)
- Scallions (as needed)
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- Soy sauce (as needed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 10 peppercorns
- 1 star anise
- 5 sprigs cilantro
- 1 small handful of cumin seeds
- 1 small handful of chili powder
- 1 small handful of sesame seeds

- Slice the meat, add a little five-spice powder and cooking wine, and marinate for a while.

- Prepare all materials

- Heat oil in a pan, add Sichuan peppercorns and star anise. Once fragrant, remove and discard them.

- Add shredded ginger and chopped green onions, stir-fry until fragrant.

- Add the marinated lamb and stir-fry until it changes color.

- Add sugar as needed

- Soy sauce, as needed

- A suitable amount of white wine

- Adding cumin helps the flavors meld better.

- Add sesame seeds

- Add chili powder

- Add a small spoonful of salt
